Baxter has vast experience on the technical and practical levels of working on multi-c ountry document reviews for some of the world’s largest investment banks an d law firms in the US, UK and APAC. Baxter joined Epiq in the UK in 2010 and has been based in Hong Kong since 2013.As a Senior Director responsible fo r Operations for Epiq in Asia, Mr. Baxter ensures the highest level of clie nt satisfaction by overseeing a responsive, accurate and timely customer ex perience. | Mr. Gino Bello - S enior Managing Director, Technology, FTI Consulting Gino leads the Technology segment in Southeast Asia. Gino is a digital forensics expert – having given expert testimony and submitted expe rt reports and affidavits to Courts and government in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines – and is a certified computer ex aminer. Recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Global Elite Thought Leader in D igital Forensics, Gino has over seventeen years of experience in Digital Fo rensics, Cybersecurity, eDiscovery, and IT. Gino has led a broad range of matters including regulatory investigations, data leakage, cross-border dis putes, bribery & corruption, incident response, Cyber Risk and Posture Reviews, white collar crime, and other employee-related misconduct. A membe r of the ISFCE and a board member of the HTCIA, Gino has held Australian Go vernment security clearances and has completed postgraduate, undergraduate, and formal industry training in Digital Forensics. Gino has guest-lecture d at NUS, SMU, and Melbourne University, has co-authored forensic policy fo r government, has authored a publication with CPA Australia and SMU’s Schoo l of Accountancy, and provides commentary to media on Cybersecurity. |
| Ms. Lyn Boxall - Director, Ly n Boxall LLC Lyn Boxall is a lawyer based in Singapore. She practices as Lyn Boxal l LLC, a Singapore Law Practice that she established in 2015. Lyn special izes in data protection and information security, and also practices genera l commercial law for a wide range of local and international clients. Lyn h olds international certifications in privacy/data protection awarded by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), namely, Certifi ed Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified information Privacy Profes sional, Asia (CIPP/A), Certified Privacy Professional, Europe (CIPP/E) and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). Bryan’s interest and focus are in technology and intellectual pr operty, ideally when the two go hand-in-hand. He has long had an interest i n technology starting with his first computer, an Apple IIe. In his first l aw firm, he set up a computer network which ran CP/M, an operating system t hat pre-dated DOS! Professionally, Bryan has been active in litigious matte rs in matters ranging from intellectual property rights to technology contr acts. He worked with the Business Software Alliance in its intellectual enf orcement efforts for many years in Asia Pacific. When he worked at Microsof t and IBM as in-house counsel, Bryan partnered closely with the engineering teams advising them on legal issues ranging from software licensing to ant i-trust concerns. Currently Bryan, together with his colleagues at GHOWS LL C, are building a niche IP/Technology legal practice based in Singapore. Th e firm is busy in arbitral/dispute resolution and transactional work. Brya n has been named by Legal 500 as a leading individual in Singapore for both TMT (TMT) and Intellectual Property continuously for the period 2016 to 20 21. |
